Eye Lift Technique. developed by Dr. Denis GUILOT in 2006 implies the simultaneous use of two types of threads: the first, with notches, to strengthen weakened tissues and their “redistribution” along the entire length of the threads, and the second, smooth, to support the notched threads and to fix the frame in height , while not causing their fixation to the tissues. Both types of these threads are permanent threads, fully biocompatible and of high quality.

Threads with notches, made as an inner layer of polyester fiber and enclosed in a silicone sheath with rounded notches, will pass through the structure of the skin tissue at a special depth, not too deep, but with proper adhesion to the dermis, but not too superficial, so as not to be noticeable. Their slightly elastic structure and low aggressiveness make it possible to achieve good integration into the tissues, the movements of which they completely repeat. The introduction of threads is done with simple needles with a "blunt end". also characterized by a very small nature of the degree of harm.

That said, it is worth considering that there is always the possibility of extracting them (this is the simplest solution to any problem caused by the use of threads), in case it is required for some very rare reason, knowing, ultimately, that this procedure will not bring in no case any harm to the tissues into which the threads were introduced (naturally, with the exception of the loss of the result).

In any case, the removal of the threads should be performed by the physician who implanted them, and not by any other surgeon who is unaware of the insertion scheme being used and thus risks causing unnecessarily large examination scarring ( we are talking about this in the light of experience). Performing a surgical lift after the insertion of the threads is absolutely possible without requiring the removal of the threads themselves at any cost. This course of events is noted in the present tense in extremely rare cases.

Smooth threads, which only support the threads with notches, allow you to tie the threads from two sides in each area - temples, cheekbones, cheeks, neck - up to the top of the skull, which prevents them from clinging to tissues in the temporal region (where they are usually secured using other techniques, with a significant risk of tearing them off).

The fixation on the upper part of the skull is distinguished by its strength and has, among other things, one indisputable advantage, which consists in the possibility of its detection, thus allowing it to be tightened after some time, several times. if necessary, reducing the length of the smooth threads and tying a new knot.

The tightening effect appears immediately and is characterized by a high degree of positive evaluation of the result, along with the use of a fairly easy and fast technique to perform. Knots that anchor the threads and at the same time are associated with the formation of a slight bulge, are easier in terms of their detection compared to simple knots, those. that are located under the thick hairline.
